To measure your shoulders: Stand straight with relaxed shoulders. Place the tape at one shoulder edge (where it meets the arm) and stretch it straight across your upper back to the other shoulder edge, keeping the tape flat and level.
To measure your Length: Place the tape at the top of your shoulder. Measure straight down to where you want the shirt to end (waist for regular fit, mid-thigh or below hips for oversized).
To measure your chest: Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, typically just under your armpits and across the nipples.
Tip: Use a favorite T-shirt as a reference.
